Easily keep track of all the emails that you send from Joforce. You can get to know whether the customer opened the email and clicked on any of the links that you’ve attached to your email.
- Navigate to the email section for a detailed view of the desired Customer record info.
- Where you can get the open rate in “Access Count” and Click rate via “Click count”.
