With Joforce Credit Notes, create your own credit note right from Invoice and add a new credit note from the Credit Notes module. You can add credit notes in JoforceCRM by importing them as CSV. This Joforce extension is helpful to issue a credit note against Invoice and send it to customers when an invoice amount is overstated, or a discount not applied.
Installing the Module #
Follow the steps below and install Credit Notes in JoforceCRM.
- Navigate to User Profile → Settings → Modules.
- Click the Import Module from Zip and then click on Select from My Computer button.
- Upload the package in JoforceCRM and make sure you have enabled the ‘accept with disclaimer and would like to proceed’.
- Select Import then check the accept license agreement checkbox.
- Click on the Import Now to continue importing.
