CRM Preferences

Both the admin and non-admin users can view and make changes to their own information in Joforce CRM.

  • Click on the Profile iconMy Account to view your own information
  • Click on the Profile icon  → Edit my account to make changes to your account information
  • Here you can make changes to your profile, change your login password, and change your access key.

You can also Edit your account information by clicking on Left SideBar  → Settings  →My preferences. Now your account information will be displayed Now you can edit your information by simply clicking on the edit option on the top right
